Inclusive Recruitment eLearning module

You have access to the module for one year and can share this eLearning module with all of your organisation.

This is an opportunity for everyone involved in recruitment to understand what inclusive recruitment looks like at each stage of the recruitment process, with the aim of including more diverse people in your charity.

We provide a link for you to share with your team or you can request the SCORM files by email to upload to your learning management system if you have one. We will include one round of small changes to customise it for you if you wish.

• Understand why inclusive recruitment is important
• Implement a recruitment process that has inclusion and accessibility embedded

Instructions

• This tool consists of 5 parts which can be completed in any order
• If you would like any adaptions specific to your charity’s recruitment process, we will make the changes and send you a new link
• This course is compatible with screen readers but we have also included audio alternatives within the course. If there is anyway we could make it more accessible, please let us know.
• If you would like the SCORM files to upload to your learning management system, we will email them to you.
