The Catalyst for Inclusion toolkit is a cost-effective way to get started on your journey towards a fully inclusive culture.

Your organisation will receive a bundle of tools for one year, for an annual payment of £249, to introduce you to key concepts and resources that you can start using straight away:

1. Our culture mapping tool so you can understand the culture styles of your organisation and how they impact on inclusion, time and hybrid working
2. Our Inclusive behaviour eLearning module that raises awareness of exclusion and why diversity and inclusion are important and introduces our inclusive behaviours framework and self assessment
3. Our searchable online learning community where we share and discuss carefully curated articles, videos and podcasts for you to learn about race, religion, sexuality, disability, gender and all other aspects of diversity, equity and inclusion
4. Our easy-to-use matching tool so that you can encourage your teams to connect with and learn from each other
5. Our Inclusion Calendar for 2023 in various formats so that you can plan ahead for actions for inclusion and share information with your team
6. Our Inclusive Behaviours self, team, 360 and organisation assessment tool to work out where you and your teams are with being inclusive.
