We’ve created a suite of easy-to-use AI-powered tools for personal and professional development, called catAIlyst. Using the tools will also help you to understand AI better. By doing things with it, rather than hearing about or being shown how it works.

You don’t need to create an account or log in; you can use the tools directly on our website in your browser.

*Why 25 mins? We love the ‘pomodoro’ technique which suggests focusing on one thing for 25 minutes before moving on to something else.

CP30

CP30 can help you to practice conversations that you need to have that may be difficult! This might include going for a job interview, sharing an unpopular opinion or giving someone feedback on their performance at work, telling someone about a redundancy situation, or telling someone you are leaving your job.

You can tell CP30 what type of conversation you want to practice, what role you want CP30 to play and how agreeable or disagreeable you want CP30 to be.

When the conversation is finished, CP30 will give you a bit of feedback and ask you a couple of questions to help you to reflect on your side of the conversation.
