The Disappearing Diary

The process of writing down your reflections can be helpful to develop insights, learn, process thoughts, inspire creativity and relieve stress.
 
Reflect on how you are feeling at the moment and choose 1 to 5 stars.

Then use the space to write down your reflections, read them through and then when you click on ‘Submit’ they will disappear!
 
For problems that have frustrated you this can be a great way of getting them out of your head and reducing stress.
 
 
 
 

Write whatever comes to mind. 

The empty box invites you to hold an honest conversation with yourself.

In the disappearing diary, you can say anything.

Give yourself permission to follow your stream of consciousness without judging, censoring, or trying to direct where your thoughts might take you.

And don’t worry about grammar unless it bothers you. Write like nobody’s watching.
