“The project was planned and delivered using the 3C toolkit and support in overlapping phases of discovery and definition of values, behaviours and culture. There was a real spirit of inclusion from the start and the activity was planned to include as many of our people as possible. Everybody was invited to contribute, and a variety of options was provided to enable contributions from everyone. Overall, there was a positive response to the discovery phase and people enjoyed taking part in the conversations. The Culture Map that we produced and shared enabled everyone to see what the current strengths and weaknesses of the organisation are and what the future could look like in terms of things to stop, start and accelerate.
