We’ve created a suite of easy-to-use AI-powered tools for personal and professional development, called catAIlyst. Using the tools will also help you to understand AI better. By doing things with it, rather than hearing about or being shown how it works.

You don’t need to create an account or log in; you can use the tools directly on our website in your browser.

*Why 25 mins? We love the ‘pomodoro’ technique which suggests focusing on one thing for 25 minutes before moving on to something else.

**If once every two weeks isn’t enough, you can use the tools as much as you like!

Praising someone is one of those things that slips off the to-do list quite easily if you can’t quite find the right words.

prAIse helps you think it through and writes a lovely message that you can send to the person and make a hefty deposit in your ’emotional bank account’.

Tell it who you want to praise, what you want to praise them for, how many words you want (roughly) and what style (funny, serious, quiet, loud, email, Whatsapp message, etc…) and it will pop you out a lovely message!

If you don’t like it, just hit ‘I wanna praise you!’ again (and again…).
