You don’t need to create an account or log in; you can use the tools directly on our website in your browser.

*Why 25 mins? We love the ‘pomodoro’ technique which suggests focusing on one thing for 25 minutes before moving on to something else.

conversAItion helps you prepare for those tricky conversations and aims to help you achieve a win/win outcome.

If you know the person, you can pick as many of the traits in the list that you think the person that you need to have a conversation with has.

Then write briefly about what you want the person to know, feel, and do as a result of your conversation with them.
