Crafting (good) (SMART) (OKRs) (other brands are available!) objectives is notoriously tricky!
We’ve got two ways of making it easier.
The first way is to use an online chat tool like ours at the top of this page powered by ChatGPT, Pi, Bard, ChatGPT or Bing Chat.
Ask your AI chatbot friend to write a SMART objective from a draft statement. The prompt to use is something like: “Please create a SMART objective from this statement: Increase fundraising by 10%”
Replace ‘Increase fundraising by 10%” with your own statement.

The second way is to set up or join an online community group where you can share your draft objective with others in a safe space where they will give you their observations so that you can change the objective for the better.
You could do that in Teams/Slack/Viva Engage or in the kitchen round the kettle.
