Working with the same group of people all the time can have some disadvantages.
Here are a few of them:
Stale ideas. When you work with the same people all the time, you’re more likely to get stuck in a rut and come up with the same old ideas. This can lead to boredom and stagnation.
Conflict. When you spend a lot of time with the same people, there’s a greater chance of conflict arising. This could be due to personality clashes, different working styles, or simply because you’re all getting on each other’s nerves.
Lack of diversity. If you only work with people who are similar to you, you’re missing out on the opportunity to learn from and be inspired by people from different backgrounds and with different perspectives. This can limit your personal and professional growth.
Feeling stuck. If you’ve been working with the same group of people for a long time, you may start to feel like you’re stuck in a rut. You may not be challenged or motivated to grow.
